Exchange and Return Policy

A. Policy

Returned and exchanges items must comply with our policy:

  • A copy of the e-Invoice must be presented at the time of Exchange or Refund.

  • Items must be in their original condition/package, intact, unaltered with all original tags attached.

  • Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

  • Exchange and Return are eligible only within 03 days from date of Purchase outside of Sale days.

  • In case of returns, store credit notes with the same value purchased will be sent to the email submitted upon registration

  • Only in case of a manufacturing defect or error in delivery (unavailability of the product or delivery of the wrong product), refunds will be done and they will be made in the same method of payment used at the time of purchase: visa, MasterCard or American Express.

  • Any condition stated on this Exchange & Refund Policy will be considered void in case of violating the provision of Article No (5) of Law No (8) of 2008 regarding Consumer Protection in the State of Qatar.

B. Process

Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges Policy Section, we are pleased to offer a free exchange service to all customers for any purchase.
Return Procedure:

  • Call us 33396106 / 66744018 or email us at info@gulfstylefurniture.com

  • Confirm your name, contact number, e-invoice number (order confirmation) and reason for return.

  • Share a photo of the item with all tags attached via email

  • Share a copy of your e-invoice via email

  • Once Our Customer Care team confirms the acceptance of your return/exchange, pick up of the returned item will be done within 48 hours

What happens next?

  • In case of refund eligibility, your refund will be completed via the original payment method

  • In case of store credit memo option, it will be delivered to your e-mail within 48 hours of return acceptance date. The credit memo will be delivered only after the item has been physically picked up by Gulf Style team.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before being prepared for shipping by either sending an email to info@gulfstylefurniture.com or by calling at +974 66744018

Orders cancelled by customers are deleted after three days.

You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order.

All payments processed online will be refunded, to the card that you used to place the order, within 1 to 2 weeks after submitting the cancellation request.
